The apartments and single storey dwellings are built using traditional construction methods including cavity walls, concrete floors and timber roof trusses. These are fully insulated to the highest standards.
Windows & Doors
All windows are low maintenance, double glazed, sealed units with trickle vent ventilation and security locks where appropriate.
All kitchens are bespoke and made by specialist manufacturers, with Siemens or similar appliances, including electric double oven, gas hob, stainless steel extractor, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, integrated washer/dryer, stainless steel sink, designer taps and granite work surfaces throughout.
Contemporary designed ‘back-to-wall’ fitted, white porcelain sanitary ware with thermostatic chrome showers, chrome taps and feature designed mirrored wall units with under unit lighting, plus ceramic wall tiling from the Porcelanosa range.
Gas heating systems include a fully commissioned boiler with thermostatic radiator valves to give full temperature control. Electrical heated towel rails are provided to the main bathroom and ensuite shower rooms.
Each apartment and single storey dwelling are decorated throughout. The bedrooms are carpeted, and the master bedroom fitted with wardrobes. The kitchen, dining and living areas are finished with a high quality Amtico style floor finish and the bathrooms and ensuites tiled.
The communal areas around each apartment will be turfed and landscaped in accordance with the approved landscaping scheme. These areas, along with the driveway and internal communal areas will be maintained by a management company, for which a charge will be payable. There is also a bike store in the grounds.
To the front of the development there is a secure, remote controlled, gated vehicular access. This is accessed via an electronic proximity security tag. All Apartments are fitted with a video and audio entry system. All apartments and single storey dwellings are fitted with a burglar alarm as standard.
A supply of electrical chrome sockets and lighting points are provided and protected by a circuit breaker consumer unit. Down lighting is provided to the lounge, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Smoke detectors are located in the hallway and living areas. TV sockets and BT points are provided to the lounge and bedrooms.
